Welcome to our Brain Builders ™ Program! The purpose of our program is to help parents, teachers and all educators better navigate attention, learning, and behavior for ALL children! For those transitioning from public, private, or alternative learning environments into a homeschool setting, our goal is to help you make this transition less stressful and more successful!

Week 5 demonstrations of all the exercises are on our Facebook Page!  This week the fun exercises like; Twist & Swing, Venus Fly Trap and Tick-Toc Clock and Bean Bag Toss are fun and filled with balance!  Try our sensory activities this week of making moon sand and Mud! Or have fun outside and try the Plunger-Scooter race!  This week’s snack is Blueberry-Almond Energy Snacks, Yummy!

Week 6 Exercises and PDF Workbook

Week 6 demonstrations of all the exercises are on our Facebook Page!  This week all of the exercises are about connecting the brain to the body.  These exercises help with coordination and balance as well as keep the brain sharp and focused.  The sensory activities are making a groovy fizz cake, Gluten Free Playdough, and Backyard Balloon Phonics.  Try the snack this week its Coconut-Lemon Bliss.
